- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Waited 30 minutes to see a banker before the manager, Maria, finally came out to assist. Then she proceeded to help the guy she was clearly friends with, who was in line after me, and I was made to wait another 10 minutes while they spoke at length in Spanish. Extremely unprofessional.
